Stephen Davidson

Non-Executive Director 

Stephen brings extensive media, telecommunications, corporate and financial market experience to the Informa Board. He joined in September 2015 and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Stephen has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive of Telewest, Executive Chairman of Mecom Group PLC and Vice-Chair of Investment Banking at WestLB.

He has held various positions in both industry and investment banking throughout his career, and has held numerous Chair and Non-Executive positions on the Boards of media, telecoms and technology companies.

Stephen holds an MA in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Aberdeen.

He is currently Chair of Datatec Limited and Actual Experience PLC. He was previously Chair and Non-Executive Director at RBG Holdings PLC, a position he stepped down from in January 2020.
