Dividend Update: 2020

In a market update on 16 April 2020, Informa announced the temporary suspension of dividend payments, including the withdrawal of the proposed 2019 final dividend.

This is part of the Group’s COVID-19 Action Plan, which includes a number of financing measures designed to ensure the stability and strength of the business.

Dividend Payment

Shareholders can elect for dividends to be paid by mandate directly to a UK bank or building society account through the Banker’s Automated Clearing Services system.

Our registrar Computershare also offers a Global Payment Service, where shareholders receive dividends paid directly into their bank account in their local currency.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan
